Don’t be afraid of cast iron. If you treat it right, it will make you look like a pro! We have a few cast iron pans, but the one that gets the most use in our kitchen is the Lodge 10.25″ Cast Iron Skillet. It’s a great utility pan and if it’s well seasoned is more or less non-stick.

You’ll find a million uses for the Lodge Cast Iron Skillet and it will be super easy to clean. If you’ve seasoned it well, you’ll really just have to wipe it out well. If you need to work a little harder at it, we got a chainmail scrubber wrapped around a silicone insert. We like this one because it’s easy to hold and clean.
