This Week’s Dinner
This week we pulled together three recipes that make an easy Spring Fish Dinner. You can plate these to create a restaurant quality meal that will impress your family and friends. Serve it alongside a glass of wine and some fresh baked bread and you’ve set the stage for an amazing meal.
Plating
Use the roasted cherry tomatoes as the base of your dish. Using a spatula carefully remove the fish from your parchment packet and remove the lemons and herbs from the top. Pile a handful of fennel slaw over the top of the fish and serve.

Each of the pieces of this Spring Fish Dinner are great on their own, but sometimes finding a way to pull things together can be a challenge. We eat with our eyes, and spending the time to think about how a dish comes together can take a weeknight meal from plain to perfection!
