This Week’s Dinner
We’re heading south of the Equator this week, and putting together an easy, South American dinner. Fresh herbs and limes are the cornerstones of this weeks menu. With summer not quite here, the creamy bean salad is a beautiful spring side dish that brings a punch of flavor, protein, and fiber to the party.
Plating
Place a serving of Purtumute on the plate and lay your cut Flank Steak on the side. Top with the Chimichurri and charred lime.
Cocktail
Pair your South American Dinner with the classic Mojito makes and appearance this week. If you want, char a couple of extra limes when you make your steak and use those to add a little something special!
Trying out new recipes and flavors gives you chance to explore the world. Steve and I love experimenting with new spices and flavor combinations. As the weather warms, we’re excited to add summer vegetables and more grilling to the menu!
