This Week
Our recipes this week were designed to be put together to create a vegetarian Tostada. It’s a great alternative to Taco Tuesday, and you can always add pulled chicken, carne asada, or taco meat if you like. As one of our first meals we made together, this has a special place in our heart. If you like Mexican, and haven’t had a Tostada before, it’s definitely worth trying out. We hope you enjoy our Tostada Week recipes.
Cocktail

Ingredients
2oz Tequila
2oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
1oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Rim a rocks glass with salt, fill with ice and pour the ingredients overtop. Give a quick stir and enjoy. (You could add sparkling water for fizz or agave nectar for some sweetness if needed)
