This Week’s Lineup
Things totally got off the rails last week. We indulged in too much food and too much beer over the holiday weekend. To get back on track, we made some quick and easy healthy snacks this week. With summer in full swing, it’s time to start using the great veggies and herbs available!
Smoothie
We almost always have chocolate milk in the house for the kids, and bananas. Throw them in a smoothie with some peanut butter and all the monkeys are happy!
