I love my GG and her Tater Tot Casserole is a classic dish she served us a lot growing up. It’s super easy, filing and probably not the healthiest thing I have ever eaten!
How many of us grew up with some form of casserole that is held together with cream of mushroom soup and cheese? I think GG added this to her list a little later in life though, as Tater Tot’s weren’t really a thing when my mom was a kid!
This might be pretty generic, but you can’t go wrong with GG’s Tater Tot Casserole!
