Chop the chipotle peppers finely, removing any stems
Place a small saucepan over medium-low heat and add the can of refried beans, chopped peppers and adobo sauce
Stir until heated through (approx 3 - 5 minutes) and serve
Notes
Beans can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for a few days. If they get too think you can thin them out with a little water or chicken stock. These are great on tostadas, nachos, or just used as a dip for tortialla chips!
