Eggnog Brandy Alexander

Ingredients

Eggnog

Ounces
Brandy

Ounces
Spiced (or Flavored) Rum
Pie Spice (optional)
Instructions
Fill shaker with ice, eggnog, brandy and rum
Shake until mixed and chilled
Strain drink from ice into martini glass
Garnish with a couple of sprinkles of pie spice
Notes
We used a maple flavored rum instead of spiced. Plain is just fine, too.
Bourbon or whiskey can be used, but you get a more ‘boozy’ taste.
Rinse out the cocktail shakers when you’re done. That thick eggnog can be rough to clean up later.
Nutmeg or cinnamon as a sprinkled garnish works as well.
