Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Hennessy Cognac
- 3.5 oz Ginger Ale
- .25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Ice
Instructions
- Fill highball or pint glass with ice
- Add 1.5 ounce (shot and a half) of Hennessy VSOP
- Squeeze fresh lime or add lime juice
- Top with Ginger Ale
- Stir and Serve
Notes
Canada Dry makes a "Bold" Ginger Ale. Use that for more bite. Sugar Free or Diet Ginger Ale at your own risk
Hennessy VSOP Cognac is the base, but lime and ginger ale will work with about anything. Gin, Vodka, and even Brandy are possible
Have a box of tissues for streaming Hamilton (Spoiler: Alexander is the one who loses the duel)
