Whisk all of the marinade ingredients together in a bowl
Place the chicken thighs in a large Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over them, seal the bag and carefully squish the chicken around to ensure it is completely covered and then place in fridge to marinate for 6 -12 hours°
Heat the grill to 350°F - 375°F and grill chicken for approximately 20 minutes or until you reach an internal temperature of 165°F°
Notes
The marinade is much like Italian Dressing and you could use that and add the lemon if that's what you had on hand. If you wanted to cook these in the oven, preheat to 425F and bake for 20 minutes, checking to ensure an internal temperature of 165F is reached.
